The San Francisco 49ers are looking far and wide for quarterback options, and it would appear that will include an under the radar prospect from New York. NFL.com editor Chris Trapasso is reporting the 49ers have a private workout scheduled with University of Buffalo quarterback Joe Licata sometime this month. Trapasso reported this news back on March 9 after the Buffalo Pro Day, and added this tweet:
