The 49ers will make two roster moves on Thursday to account for some of the issues the club has with its roster on a short week.
All indications are the 49ers plan to promote rookie cornerback Emmanuel Moseley from the practice squad and activate outside linebacker Dekoda Watson off injured reserve before Thursday’s game against the Raiders at Levi’s Stadium.
The 49ers created two open roster spots Monday when the team waived wide receiver Victor Bolden and cornerback Greg Mabin.
The 49ers could also activate rookie strong safety Marcell Harris for the game, coach Kyle Shanahan said this week.
