San Francisco 49ers cornerback Charvarius Ward has mounted a small social media campaign to bring in an All-Pro defensive back that could fit in perfectly with the Niners’ secondary for less-than-ideal reasons.
Ward, who is coming off his first season as an All-Pro player, has suggested that San Francisco should sign former Bills cornerback Tre’Davious White this offseason. The 27-year-old Niner made two tweets calling for the move, citing the fact that the two players share representation.
“Hand in glove fit,” Ward posted after tagging Universal Sports & Entertainment Management’s social media page with the double-eyes emoji.
