The San Francisco 49ers released Chris Cook Wednesday morning, and Wednesday afternoon they made a corresponding roster move. Mike Garafolo is reporting the team is signing wide receiver Nigel King, according to his agent. King was an undrafted free agent following the 2015 NFL Draft, after foregoing his senior season at Kansas. He spent some time with the Miami Dolphins earlier this offseason.
