Per his agent Nathan Shackelford, the San Francisco 49ers signed defensive back Jordan Hollan. The 5-foot-9, 195 pound cornerback played his college ball at Prairie View A&M, where he was a walk on. Holland was with the 49ers during their three-day rookie minicamp, but was not invited back to minicamp where the entire team plays.
Holland went undrafted in 2016, after playing only one year of college football. It’s a unique story, where he decided to turn pro. He played for the Indoor Football League in 2016, the Arena Football League in 2017, and in 2018 he was cut by the Canadian Football League.
