The San Francisco 49ers made 15 roster moves on Tuesday, releasing 13 players and signing two veteran free agents. The team has signed as many as 15 UDFAs, but they have not formally announced them yet. The team starts their rookie minicamp on Thursday, and that likely means the UDFAs will formally sign their contracts when they arrive in Santa Clara.
