San Francisco defensive end DeForest Buckner was fined $9,115 for unnecessary roughness in the 49ers' loss to Tampa Bay.
In the second quarter, Buckner was penalized after an incident with Buccaneers center Joe Hawley. Buckner shoved Hawley back after a 17-yard completion with just one minute left in the first half.
With the 15-yard penalty, the Bucs were placed in the red zone and scored a few plays later to grab a 17-14 lead after the 49ers led 14-0 early on. Buckner recorded six tackles on the day.
The 49ers' No. 7 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft has 36 tackles and two sacks in six games played this season as a rookie.
