The San Francisco 49ers are bringing back some of their running back depth. ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting the team has agreed to terms on a one-year extension with running back Shaun Draughn.
Offseason reports stated Draughn was an unrestricted free agent, but he only had three accrued seasons following the 2015 season. This made him a restricted free agent. He has been in the league since 2012, but he only accrued seasons towards free agency in 2012, 2014, and 2015.
