The 49ers re-signed inside linebacker Michael Wilhoite to a one-year deal Wednesday.
In the absence of the retired Patrick Willis and Chris Borland last season, Wilhoite started all 12 games, tallying 86 tackles and an interception.But according to Pro Football Focus, Wilhoite graded out as the team's worst defender last season with a minus-16.5 mark.The 49ers didn't use a pick on an inside linebacker in last week's draft.
