The San Francisco 49ers are back at practice in phase two of the offseason workout program, but they continue to have time to do some good deeds for charity. Several players visited Kaiser-Santa Clara Hospital, and in conjunction with “Baskets of Hope,” took some time to deliver baskets and tote bags to kids in the advanced care pediatrics unit. The team sent along the photos above, so I thought I’d share them. The players included Brian Hoyer, Carlos Hyde, and Pierre Garçon.
The San Jose Mercury News had a chance to speak with the executive director of Baskets of Hope.
