The 49ers placed TE Garrett Celek on the Injured Reserve List and re-signed LB Shayne Skov to a two-year deal, the team announced on Tuesday.
Celek sustained a high-ankle sprain in the 49ers' 19-13 loss to the Cardinals on Nov. 29.
Skov (6-3, 247) appeared in each of the team’s first 11 games this season and registered four tackles on special teams before being waived by the team on December 5.
Celek (6-5, 252) appeared in 11 games (eight starts) this season and registered career highs in receptions (19), receiving yards (186) and receiving touchdowns (three).
