The San Francisco 49ers announced more roster moves Monday afternoon. The team formally placed tight end Blake Bell on injured reserve and signed Jim Dray to take his spot on the depth chart. The team also signed linebacker Brandon Chubb to the practice squad. There is no word yet on who might have left the 49ers previously full practice squad.
Dray was a seventh round pick of the Arizona Cardinals in the 2010 NFL Draft. He came out of Stanford, where he was coached by Jim Harbaugh. In seven seasons, Dray has appeared in 91 games with 37 starts.
