As the San Francisco 49ers prepare to move on from troubled but talented pass-rusher OLB Aldon Smith, it will be up to second-year OLB Aaron Lynch to now fulfill that role. A player that has been out of shape for most of the off-season, as he has been dealing with numerous injuries including a hamstring and lower back, it appears that Lynch is now back in the mix as he nurses himself back to health.
During his rookie season last year, Lynch’s playing weight was at 260. Fast forward to today and he currently weighs 272.
