The NFL announced offseason workout program dates for each team. According to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the voluntary nine-week off-season program is split into three phases.
Phase I consists of the first two weeks. Teams are limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehab.
The next three weeks are Phase II. No live contact or team drills (11 versus 11) are permitted, but teams are allowed to have on-field workouts that include individual drills, and you’re allowed to have offensive and defensive players line up across from each other at a “walk-through pace.”
Phase III is the final four weeks of the off-season program.
