49ers Nick Bosa shut down rest of offseason with low-grade strain

SANTA CLARA — Defensive end Nick Bosa has a low-grade hamstring strain and won’t participate in the 49ers remaining three weeks of their offseason program, a team spokesman said Thursday.

Bosa, the No. 2 overall draft pick last month, sustained a Grade 1 strain midway through Tuesday’s organized team activities, only the second full-team session since rookies joined veterans on the field.
