The San Francisco 49ers and California’s Governor, Gavin Newsom, have shed a bit of light on potentially having fans in stadiums within the state in 2021.
Currently, Levi’s Stadium is being used as a massive COVID-19 vaccination site. The last time the building was used for a football game was Week 9 on Thursday Night Football, and the last time fans were actually in attendance was the NFC Championship game in January of 2020.
Recently, Gov. Newsom said he’s hopeful fans can attend MLB games this summer.
