The San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions released their final injury reports, and there are no surprises. Shaun Draughn and Marcus Martin both sat out the final day of practice, and were ruled out for Sunday. Other than Alex Boone and Michael Wilhoite, everybody else is listed as probable for Sunday.
Draughn's absence means we will see some combination of Kendall Gaskins and DuJuan Harris. The 49ers could decide to promote Jarryd Hayne as a third running back, but my guess is they see what they can do with just Gaskins and Harris.
