The woman who accused former 49ers defensive lineman Ray McDonald of rape is now accusing current 49ers linebacker Ahmad Brooks of sexual assault.
McDonald, now a member of the Chicago Bears, sued the woman for defamation after the San Jose Police Department dropped the case due to insufficient evidence.
Now, the woman is firing back, and she's including Brooks in her accusations. The lawsuit, obtained by CSNBayArea.com, claims that there is surveillance video which shows the following:
- Woman "slipped and fell on a negligently maintained, dangerously slippery deck near the swimming pool and struck her head.
