It’s finally nice to nitpick about minor things the San Francisco 49ers can improve upon, rather than having to go over a slew of problems, as many of us have been subjected to in recent years.
And while the Niners managed to pull off an impressive 20-7 road win over the defending NFC champions, the Los Angeles Rams, in Week 6, there’s still some notable room for improvement.
Particularly from quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.
Garoppolo and the offense got the job done on Sunday, yet it was the defense which held the Rams to a mere 157 all-purpose yards and allowed Garoppolo’s opposite number, quarterback Jared Goff, to toss for a career-low 78 yards in the game.
