The Los Angeles Rams are heading to the playoffs. The San Francisco 49ers, meanwhile, are not. L.A. has something to play for, possibly in a position to lose the No. 2 NFC seed and fall out of first-round bye-week contention. Outside of pride and 2019 NFL Draft positioning, the Niners only have individual performances to play for.
One of those individual players to watch in Week 17 when the 49ers visit L.A. is undrafted rookie running back Jeff Wilson, who is a shoo-in to get the start with No. 1 tailback Matt Breida sidelined with an ankle injury.
