The San Francisco 49ers announced on Sunday that they have officially begun their interview with Indianapolis Colts personnel executive Jimmy Raye III. He marks the fourth GM interview, and the seventh overall interview.
Prior to that announcement, ESPN’s Adam Schefter provided an update on a few of the 49ers upcoming interviews. He tweeted that the 49ers will interview Seattle Seahawks offensive line coach next Sunday, January 15, and Seahawks executives Trent Kirchner and Scott Fitterer a week from Monday (January 16).
The 49ers could not interview Cable this week because the Seahawks were playing. They had to wait until next week whether or not Seattle won.
