It’s hard to say the San Francisco 49ers are “healthy” in the bigger picture sense considering Jerick McKinnon is done for the year. However, that aside, the team is getting healthy at the right time.
The 49ers released their Thursday practice participation report, and swing tackle Garry Gilliam and reserve cornerback Jimmie Ward were both upgraded from limited to full. Malcolm Smith remained limited, but defensive coordinator Robert Saleh was optimistic he would be good to go on Sunday.
Erik Magnuson remains sidelined rehabbing his hamstring injury, but the rest of the current 53-man roster is mostly healthy.
