Although the San Francisco 49ers have just four wins in 2018, the Niners could end up with five players in the 2019 Pro Bowl.
On Tuesday, the NFL announced that tight end George Kittle and fullback Kyle Juszczyk earned Pro-Bowl honors for their exemplary play this season. In addition, defensive lineman DeForest Buckner, kicker Robbie Gould and special-teamer Mark Nzeocha were selected as Pro-Bowl alternates.
Just a year removed from his rookie season, Kittle has quickly become the NFL’s most complete tight end in 2018. A willing blocker, Kittle is also an explosive playmaker who has amassed 72 catches for 1,154 yards and four touchdowns so far this season:
Juszczyk and Nzeocha both received more fan votes than any other player at their respective positions.
