For those of us that made it through the whole game, props to us all. It was an ugly, ugly game.
I’m not really sure what to say about this game. If I had to put this loss on someone, I’d have to go with the 49ers secondary. They had no answer for the Steelers deep ball, well no answer for Antonio Brown. You could tell yourself that if they stopped maybe a couple of those the score would not have been as bad, but it is what it is.
There was also no pass rush whatsoever, so that of course didn’t help the secondary.
