In Trent Baalke’s first five drafts as the 49ers’ personnel chief, the team drafted nine offensive linemen.
“As you’ve seen, we’re certainly open to drafting offensive linemen, and we’ll most likely do that again,” Baalke said recently at the NFL owners meetings in Arizona.
The 49ers already figure to have competition at two offensive line positions.
