SANTA CLARA – Tight end Vernon Davis is scheduled to return to practice on Friday after missing two days of on-field work due to a knee injury.
“We’ll see how he’s moving around,” 49ers coach Jim Tomsula said. “(He) feels good enough to get him out there, so we’ll see. I don’t want to make any proclamation.”
The 49ers’ practice on Friday is scheduled to begin at 11:45 a.m. The 49ers play Sunday against the unbeaten Green Bay Packers at Levi’s Stadium.
