This is a good move for two reasons:
- Martin isn’t athletic enough for Kyle Shanahan’s outside-zone running game.
- Martin is a terrible player.
I like how active the the new regime has been at getting rid of players who have no future with the franchise. Can you name some more players you think the 49ers will cut or trade before the season starts?
