The San Francisco 49ers return to practice as they begin preparations for their Week 15 road game against the Atlanta Falcons. Today, offensive coordinator Curtis Modkins and defensive coordinator Jim O’Neil will meet with the media at 10:10 a.m. PT. The team will then hold a 10:40 a.m. practice, and that will be followed by player availability. Colin Kaepernick will meet with the media during this session.
