The San Francisco 49ers added a camp body to their roster, signing offensive lineman Sean Hooey. We take a look at the third year lineman.
The San Francisco 49ers have made a roster move following the close of minicamp. The team announced on Friday they successfully claimed offensive tackle Sean Hooey off waivers from the New York Jets. The move increases the 49ers roster total to 89 players following Anthony Davis's retirement and the trade of Andy Lee.
Hooey (6'9, 304) originally signed with the St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Cincinnati following the 2013 NFL Draft.
