SANTA CLARA – CEO Jed York reiterated his promise late Wednesday to speak on the 49ers’ football matters after the season.
In a brief interview with CSNBayArea.com, York confirmed he and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell met with Silicon Valley executives this week about the possibility of expanding the league's global live-streaming package next season.
When asked about the state of the 49ers’ on-field product, York deferred until the team finishes its regular season. The 49ers are in last place in the NFC West with a 3-6 record, entering Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.
