The first week of 49ers organized team activities looked almost identical to the first week of the first two years under coach Kyle Shanahan.
The information covered was the same, but many of the individuals in the classroom and practice field have changed. The 49ers on Tuesday begin their second week of OTAs at their practice facility in Santa Clara.
“You always want more competition and you want to set that up with your roster, which we’ve done, and you want to continue to get better,” Shanahan said last week. “But you’ve also got to be smart.
