This is very much an under-the-radar piece of news, but it is worth mentioning. The San Francisco 49ers will be on the lookout for a new assistant athletic trainer. Current assistant athletic trainer Nate Breske is headed to the midwest to join the Chicago Bears as their head trainer, according to Bears beat writer Brad Briggs.
According to Matt Maiocco, Breske was hired in 2008. Matt Barrows had this interesting tidbit about Breske:
