The San Francisco 49ers announced four more undrafted free agent signings on Tuesday, including a particularly notable one. The team announced the signings of UCLA offensive lineman Najee Toran, Georgia Tech safety Corey Griffin, and cornerbacks Tarvarus McFadden (Florida State) and Emmanuel Moseley (Tennessee).
The McFadden is notable because of the money involved. The 49ers gave him $90,000 in guaranteed money, which equaled the most for any undrafted free agent, per NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero. This would suggest he was a popular UDFA, and the 49ers wanted to make sure they did what they could to get him signed.
