The interior offensive line of the San Francisco 49ers will be something to monitor in 2019. Last year, they were above average as a unit against the run. Pass protection was a different story. Some of that is on the quarterback. Still, the offensive line surrendered 175 pressures in 2018, which was 23rd among offensive lines. A critical step for the team in 2019 is improved pass-protection for Jimmy Garoppolo.
Laken Tomlinson is fully recovered from his MCL tear during the season finale. Tomlinson played over 1,000 snaps last year.
