The 2020 NFL Draft has come and gone, and the 49ers were a lot busier than most people expected. While there was a lull in the middle, the bookends were packed with action.
In total, San Francisco ended up picking five new players in the draft. The 49ers also completed three trades involving veterans, acquiring offensive tackle Trent Williams from Washington, and sending Matt Breida and Marquise Goodwin to the Miami Dolphins and Philadelphia Eagles, respectively.
Here's the 49ers' 2020 draft class:
Javon Kinlaw, DT, 1st round (No. 14 overall)
Grade: A
Landing Kinlaw would have been quite a coup regardless, but the additional fourth-round pick the 49ers added in trading back from the 13th pick to the 14th makes it an overwhelming success.
