49ers’ 2019 ‘Who Is?’ series: Offensive tackle Christian DiLauro

It’s always important to have offensive line depth in training camp and on the practice squad, and the San Francisco 49ers added some of that back in September of 2018 when they signed then-rookie offensive tackle Christian DiLauro, who had been cut from the Cleveland Browns’ practice squad earlier that month.

DiLauro, who went undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft out of Illinois, subsequently signed a reserve/future contract with the Niners early this year.

The 6-foot-5, 300-pound lineman figures to be a depth piece for San Francisco during training camp, likely competing on the third-team unit from now and through the preseason.
