For the San Francisco 49ers, there are plenty of tough decisions — many more than what took place after the wholesale roster turnover we saw a year ago after head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch took over.
The Niners wrapped up their 2018 preseason campaign with a 23-21 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers Thursday night, and Shanahan told reporters following the game many cuts would take place Friday.
