Most San Francisco 49ers fans should be plenty happy the Clemson Tigers managed to pull off the upset and beat the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide in the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship at Levi’s Stadium on Monday, pulling off an impressive 44-16 win.
Why? Well, legendary Niners wide receiver Dwight Clark was a Clemson alumnus, of course, and he also served as inspiration to head coach Dabo Swinney and Co. for the game.
OK, it’s not too big a deal which team you rooted for. But one of the more interesting aspects of this game was the sheer number of talent that will be appearing in the 2019 NFL Draft.
