2020 NFL Draft: 5 players 49ers can acquire with No. 13 overall pick

Absent of a second-, third- or fourth-round draft pick in 2020, the San Francisco 49ers looked as if it might have a difficult time making rookie improvements to the roster. Then, the new league year began and the Niners decided to deal Pro Bowl defensive tackle DeForest Buckner for the 13th overall pick in April’s draft.

San Francisco now holds two first-round picks in the 2020 NFL Draft, No. 13 overall from the Buckner trade to the Indianapolis Colts, as well as the Niners’ own No. 31 overall pick towards the end of Round 1.
