The firing of Baalke isn't much of a surprise. But Kelly had only one year at the helm with a severe lack of talent.
Kelly has gone 2-13 so far this year, after going 26-21 in three years with the Eagles. Kelly's impending firing marks the second straight season the Niners will fire a head coach after one season.
Baalke has been with the 49ers since 2005 and GM since 2011. He's come under fire from the fan base in recent years for poor drafting as well as his issues with former head coach Jim Harbaugh.
