The 2018 NFL Draft and the opening of NFL free agency will provide the San Francisco 49ers the opportunities to further bolster their roster. With Jimmy Garoppolo locked in as the franchise quarterback, the 49ers will now look to build the best possible team around him. They're expected to focus on the offensive line, cornerback, wide receiver, running back, middle linebacker, and defensive end.
Host of the 49ers Report, Cam Rogers, breaks down all of the team needs and provides his analysis.
Here's a deeper look into Cam's thoughts, which he details in the video above or below!

-Interior offensive line: Daniel Kilgore and Brandon Fusco are both free agents. A decision must be made with them. The 49ers' priority should be to protect their franchise quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.
-Cornerback: After a great season from Ahekello Witherspoon, the 49ers need a solid corner opposite him. Dontae Johnson isn't the guy, so watch for Trumaine Johnson of the Los Angeles Rams as a potential target.
-Edge rusher: The resigning of Cassius Marsh is important, but the 49ers need pass rushing ability. This'll likely be addressed in the draft.
-Middle linebacker: Reuben Foster had a great season, but the 49ers will need a quality middle linebacker, especially if Foster is suspended.
-Wide receiver: With Pierre Garcon coming back and after a great season for Marquise Goodwin, a new wide receiver would be gravy. But, the 49ers have the cap space to make a splash on someone such as Sammy Watkins of the Los Angeles Rams.
-Running back: If Carlos Hyde walks, the 49ers will be in need of a quality, 3-down running back. Dion Lewis is a name to watch here.
