The San Francisco 49ers will officially be without linebacker Patrick Willis and cornerback Tramaine Willis in Sunday's post-bye game against the St. Louis Rams. Both players are sidelined with toe injuries.
Per Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle, replacements have been officially named for both of the 49ers' defensive standouts:
Chris Borland will start for Patrick Willis; Perrish Cox will start for Tramaine Brock. #49ers

Willis sprained his toe on October 13th against these very same St. Louis Rams. Sunday will mark the second-straight game that he has missed.
Brock's toe injury happened all the way back during the 49ers' season opener against the Dallas Cowboys eight weeks ago. Both players were officially listed as questionable on the San Francisco 49ers' final injury report of the week on Friday.
