The San Francisco 49ers have one of the NFL's most iconic uniforms, and they are getting a new edition for the upcoming season.
At last night's "State of the Franchise" event, the 49ers revealed new all-white throwback jerseys honoring the 1994 Super Bowl-winning team.

“We loved the opportunity to marry the history and heritage of the 49ers franchise with the modern innovation of our latest football chassis, the Nike Vapor Untouchable uniform,” said Nike Art Director of NFL Uniforms Tom Andrich. “It was a way to honor the past while representing the future.”
This is San Francisco's first uniform addition since they introduced an all-black alternate uniform in 2015 as part of the NFL's Color Rush collaboration with Nike.
These new '94 uniforms will replace the Color Rush uniforms for the 2018 season, but the 49ers said the all-black alternates will be available in future seasons.
