According to NFL Draft analyst Tony Pauline, the 49ers are scheduled to have a private workout with Gono.
Who is Matthew Gono? He is a monster of a lineman who stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 316 pounds. He played tackle for Division III Wesley College in 2017 and was a standout player at the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. Gono entered the season viewed as a potential free agent but after his Pro Day, he may hear his name called in the draft, possibly by the 49ers.
