After a controversial and gut-wrenching loss Thursday, Sept. 28 to No. 2 Washington, the No. 13 San Diego State Aztec men’s soccer team (6-2-2, 2-2-0 Pac-12) dropped their second consecutive game, losing 2-0 to the Oregon State Beavers (6-1-1, 2-0-0 Pac-12) in Corvallis on Sunday, Oct. 3.
Oregon State did their damage early, scoring in the 19th minute as graduate Adrian Molina-Diaz found the back of the net after a setup from sophomore Javier Armas and freshman Joran Gerbert.
The Beavers would add another just six minutes later as sophomore Carlos Moliner slipped another past sophomore goalkeeper Jacob Castro.
