San Diego State men’s tennis upended No. 3-seed University of New Mexico in 4-2 fashion to open the Mountain West Championship tournament on April 26 at Aztec Tennis Center.
The victory advanced the No. 6-seed Aztecs (6-19, 3-4 MW) to tomorrow’s semifinal round, when the team will take on No. 2-seed Fresno State University (18-11, 6-1 MW).
