The best week of the offseason is almost here. The Winter Meetings get underway tomorrow in Dallas and perhaps some Padres fans like myself are sitting here today with some questions about what may happen over the next few days. Here are mine:
Will the Padres talk with Roki Sasaki this week?
Jeff Passan is reporting Sasaki is expected to be posted during the Winter Meetings, which would be the start of the negotiating window for him and all interested teams to go back and forth.
The Padres seem to be in second behind the Dodgers in the industry guesses on where he wants to go.
