SD 5, WSH 3: The Padres cannot stop hitting home runs

So the San Diego Padres have now hit a home run in their last 20 games. The home run derby might have taken place in Petco Park with Wil Myers as the lone representative, but that hasn't stopped the rest of the team from participating in a derby of their own across the league.

Setting the stage for the win was Luis Perdomo. In what appears to be his longest start of the season, Perdomo threw 7 innings of pure 4-hit 2-run baseball. He struck out 3, and the only runs that were conceded were off a home run and an RBI-single.
