For the second time in two days, Fernando Tatis Jr. hit a solo home run to give the San Diego Padres a lead against the Houston Astros. His home run Sunday, put the Padres on top of the Astros 3-2 en route to a win.
Tatis Jr. came up with two out in the bottom of the seventh inning and wasted no time, jumping on the first pitch from Houston relief pitcher Tayler Scott. Tatis Jr. hit a 427-foot home run to center field to brake a 2-2 tie.
