Sez Me …
The people on the fields who are ruining our games don’t play.
Play us for fools, maybe.
They don’t take the hits, don’t take the charges, don’t complete a pass or defend one, don’t sack the quarterback or make the jumper or hit the ball or catch one.
They are the officials. The umps. The refs.
At every level, the great majority of them — not all, which would be inaccurate and unfair — stink. Far too many.
And, for the most part, they get away with it because, again, the great majority of them are allowed to stink without repercussion.
